If you can't beat them....join them

Sometimes life just does not go how you planned it. I thought winter was done. On Friday afternoon, we were outside at a playdate with just our vests on. It was a nice 60 degreees and the kids had a blast playing out on the deck in Spring weather.

I envisioned the next few months having friends over and sipping margaritas while the kids played in the nice weather. Well, okay not really the margaritis but maybe some fresh coffee...

An then I woke up to this.... So instead of playing outside, we brought the snow in...

No Brianna is not getting ready to beat Aly, although I am sure at times she has less that sisterly love. We were digging in the snow

Of course we needed to try to taste it too.

We made snowmen with M&Ms and then the best game of all.... I hid about 20 mini M&Ms and they dug them out with spoons
